I hope they advertise honestly. The picture showed a thick pile of bedsheet. In reality its a v narrow thin piece of material that covers less than 20 % of the bed. For the price, its v expensive especially since the effect is not quantifiable. After using for 1month, I dont feel any difference.
I purchased these items feeling assured by the 90-day guarantee. However, after sending two emails to the support team, I've received no response. The sheets do not deliver on their promises. I was hopeful about my purchase, but now that I want to return the product, I'm left without any communication. Poor service.

Their response was that I would need to pay shipping to return it. On 9/9, I returned it and supplied proof as requested. Instead of a refund, they sent me an invoice for an additional $60.90. By 9/27, my second order hadn’t arrived, so I contacted the company. On 9/30, they apologized and said they would check with their shipping partner. On 10/5, I still had no updates and found out the fitted bedsheet was coming from overseas, with a three-week wait. On 10/6, the company promised to follow up with the shipper and escalate the issue. On 10/14, I emailed them again, noting it had been six more days and the product seemed stuck in transit. I had been waiting four weeks total, with no product in sight. By this time, it had been two months since I first expressed my dissatisfaction, and they still held $160.90 of my money without delivering. On 10/13, they assured me they would check with the shipper again. On 10/14, they informed me there was no progress in locating the package, suggesting it might be lost, and offered to reship another one. On 10/21, the item finally shipped. On 10/28, I sent a courtesy email confirming receipt. On 11/21, I explained I had used the sheet nightly from 10/28 to 11/21, mentioned my serious health issues, and stated that I felt no improvement after spending $160.90. I requested a return and refund. On 11/22, the company claimed that "everyone" experiences benefits, but I disagreed. I insisted on not delaying the return process any further, having followed all their instructions, and asked them to initiate a return. On 11/23, they said they would forward my concerns to their dedicated team for an update. On 11/25, I received an email stating I had exchanged on 11/9, and since my original order was on 8/9, the 90-day return period had expired on 11/9. They were implying that the second replacement was under the same return window as the first. I had waited four weeks for the second product, which they had to resend because the first was lost. On 11/26, I pointed out that the fitted sheet was a different product and order, and they suggested the exchange instead of a return and refund. They had never mentioned that their handling would void any warranty on the second product. Their response assured me that I was not eligible for a return or refund. It's unbelievable how a company could treat a customer this way. I'm out $160.90 and stuck with a non-functional product. I usually don't write reviews, but consumers need to be aware of this situation and think carefully before doing business with this company or seek a more ethical alternative. This is a terrible way to treat customers. I can't understand how they can operate with such disregard.
