I wish I could rate them higher because the local representative did an excellent job assisting our high school basketball team with fundraising. I've worked with several fundraising organizations before, and while their fees are somewhat lower than larger companies, they were not upfront about the mandatory "processing fee" of 2.99 per donation, in addition to the 10 percent they take from donations. The bigger issue is that our fundraising campaign ended on December 12th, raising over 11,000 dollars. Other platforms have allowed direct deposit for funds, and we received those within two days. Instead, this organization sends checks. I needed the funds to pay coaches and other expenses by year-end, but they delayed mailing the checks due to the holiday break and did not want to send them directly to schools during that time. It took involving the CEO to expedite the check after numerous emails. We are now set to receive the check on January 6th, 25 days after our campaign concluded, with little communication until I sent urgent emails. If I hadn't intervened, it would have taken nearly a month to receive our funds. Until they are transparent about their fees and find a more efficient way to deliver funds, we will seek a different platform.
