I wish I could rate them higher because the local representative did an excellent job assisting our high school basketball team with fundraising. I've worked with various organizations for this purpose, and while their fees are slightly lower than larger companies, they failed to clearly communicate a mandatory "processing fee" of 2.99 per donation in addition to the 10 percent they take from the donations. The bigger issue arose when our fundraising campaign concluded on December 12th, raising over 11,000 dollars. Other platforms allow for direct deposit, providing funds within two days. However, this organization issues checks. I needed the funds to settle payments for coaches and other expenses by year-end. For some reason, the company delayed mailing the checks due to the holiday break and their reluctance to send checks to schools during that time (even though our check wasn't going to the school). It took involving the CEO to expedite the check after numerous emails. We just received notice that the check was sent out a few days ago, and we are now expecting it on January 6th, 25 days post-campaign. Communication was lacking until I sent urgent emails. If I hadn’t intervened, it could have taken nearly a month to receive our funds. Until they are transparent about their fees and improve their fund delivery process, we will choose a different platform.

This fundraising platform is excellent. We received 90% of our donations, which is much better than competitors. Our representative provided outstanding support, promptly addressing any issues we encountered. Mistakes can happen, but how the service responds is crucial. I will definitely request the same representative next time.
