I have bought a coupon for going to dreamworld with my friends yesterday. As I bought it as a guest and have not received the coupon, as wasn’t able to resend. I was going to the park yesterday, because it was my last day in Gold coast, so I had to buy a new coupon. Before buying it I have tried to contact them, but they don’t have a live chat. Sent an email explaining the situation, since not receiving the coupon was not my fault. The next day only they replied, and they said they cannot do anything. Even though it is not my fault they said I need to keep the useless coupon (I don’t live in Australia) and no refund and cancelation of the unused coupon can be done. So I pay for their mistake.
