Absolutely appalling service.We booked an outdoor children’s event, only to have heavy rain (forecast at 10mm) predicted for the day. On top of that, we had a sick child. Attending was clearly not safe or reasonable. Any company with basic customer care would show understanding in this situation.Instead, customer service was rigid, dismissive, and completely unwilling to offer a refund or any meaningful support. They are very quick to take your money, but when something goes wrong, they take zero responsibility. The lack of flexibility and empathy is unacceptable.This experience has completely put me off using Groupon again. If you’re using the app for deals, save yourself the trouble and contact the business directly — you can usually get the same offer without dealing with this kind of terrible aftercare. Don’t waste your time or money.
