I purchased Microsoft Office from Groupon. After redeeming I didn't receive any link/license key from the seller. The Manager from Groupon was unable to help me - he addressed me to the seller. I am appaled that I couldn't use the Office as planned to, my business was stuffed up and in addition the manager didn't deven want to bother by asking the seller to come forward and told me to solve the problem with the seller by myself. He didn't offer me even a refund - just Groupon "bucks" for the sum of the purchase. I don't need these "bucks", because I don't want to buy anything from Groupon in a foreseen future. And I definitely won't recommend this app to anyone.
