So many things went wrong with our booking from start to finish.1. I booked a 12 seater van at the Greenwood office. To be told it was booked at the Welshpool office. Luckily I personally checked before trip commenced otherwise this would have delayed the start of our trip.2. Not told of $1000 bond.3. Signed Contract not emailed through as promised.4. Child anchor points not found. Couldn’t get through to office to find them. Hence, we then had to take separate vehicles after journey commenced to pick family up who were to travel in the bus.4. No manual in hired vehicle to find them.5. No manual meant we couldn’t find release latch to fuel tank to refuel. Luckily we found someone who did.6. Over charged on kilometres that weren’t used on the trip by mistake and funds taken out the account without email or notice.Overall, very disappointed.
