I purchased a ticket that was non-refundable, and then the website lowered the price significantly in the next couple of days. Because there apparently wasn't a "best price" guarantee on this particular ticket, there was nothing they could do. Why there is not a best price guarantee on everything you purchase from Groupon is beyond me! That should 100% be a standard for a company like this. Make sure you read the fine print before purchasing!!!
