Ordered a bed just after Christmas was told the company it was coming from was closed till the new year but the bed arrived 2 day later. The frame was great but the slats were unplanned wood and not fit for purpose.l emailed Groupon and got a standard AI reply back. Tried phoning customer service but there is no number .Emails are AI generated and after about sending 10 of them all telling me there was nothing wrong with the slats they have worn me down and the bed is in a spare room just as it was delivered to Me in pieces. I have ordered countless small things from Groupon. this was my first big purchase and I must say it will be the last.I am eighty and can use a computer but the frustration of speaking to a robot is to much for me I am fed up with asking it to get me human to speak to. Sorry Groupon but I will never use you again.
