I am extremely frustrated with Groupon. I paid for a service that was never provided, and Groupon flat-out refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is a joke-there is absolutely no way to reach a real person. All they offer is an automated chat that goes in circles and provides zero actual help.

It feels impossible to resolve even the simplest issue, and it's clear they are not interested in supporting their customers when something goes wrong. I strongly warn anyone considering Groupon: if your purchase doesn't go perfectly, you will be stuck with no service, no refund, and no way to talk to a human being.

I paid under Groupon label the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 desktop software, for 157€. They never delivered the link nor the licence code. I even intervened via Paypal because I was distrusting Groupon a bit. Groupon rejected nevertheless the payback of the amount but didn't send code and license. I have been trying to get the software from Jan 29 until Mar 30, 2026, but never got it. They didn't react to my questions at all.
Very bad experience, not recommendable at all, will never buy s.th. there again.
