Had a massage groupon coupon booked - while the appointment booked got cancelled 24h beforehand , which happened a few times - I just wanted to return the groupon deal , spoke to the assistance which solely said they could not assist as the booking time was already well before and just possible to return inner 1-2 weeks time after buying. Told them my story but not helpful at all . In the end I just gave up . So groupon is good as long everything works well, but in case help needed no support , no understanding - just robots on the other end it feels .
