GROUPON FREIGHT, specifically MIKE JONES, did exactly what he promised, and I know I wasn’t easy to deal with because of my past experiences. I received everything in writing, contract was 100% met, the driver was courteous, took pictures inside and out, gave me a bill of lading, called me within the hour of delivering my car, then he did FaceTime with me showing the car inside and out and then sent me the pictures. You can’t beat that service. So next time you need to ship a car, it all depends upon your contact. So if you want a smooth, honest transaction with shipping your car, you have to ask for MIKE JONES.
