He dispatched the load on time despite difficult weather conditions, and the vehicle was delivered safely and without any issues. I would definitely work with Brian and Group On Freight again in the future. In today’s market, it’s hard to find a broker company that is this dependable and easy to work with.
I met a representative from a freight service at a local car show, and I’m so glad I did. They offered the best rate without a doubt. The staff was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly. My representative was particularly helpful, even late into the evening. If you need freight transportation anywhere in the US, don’t hesitate to contact them!
The journey was lengthy, but it turned out to be worthwhile. I started two weeks ago, requesting my truck to be picked up on the 23rd and dropped off on the 24th. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem once the deposit was made and the driver assigned. However, on the scheduled day, the driver's tire was damaged, pushing the pickup to the 26th and drop-off to the 27th. I understand that unforeseen events occur, but I emphasized to dispatch that the truck needed to be picked up by January 1st without exception. They assured me it would be fine. Unfortunately, after the 1st, there was still no pickup, and I was quoted a price that was three times the original amount. I couldn't accept that, so I decided to cancel entirely, thinking I would handle it myself. The next morning, after my cancellation attempt, I received a more reasonable quote, so I asked dispatch to have the driver reach out to me. The driver from the assigned company was exceptional—very respectful and enthusiastic, truly a great person. If I engage with this service again, I will specifically request him. I rate the driver five stars, but I give the company four due to the delays in pickup. While the drop-off timing was less of a concern for me, the lack of communication almost cost me a valuable truck. In the future, when arranging a vehicle pickup, ensure that quotes are accurate and that a driver is readily available. It's essential to be upfront about pricing and to clarify costs before providing quotes. Thank you, and I also appreciate the driver you hired, as my wife and I have gained a new friend.

I don’t normally leave reviews only if it’s horrible service to make it public or extraordinary service. In this case, it’s extraordinary service. Shipping a car is a very frustrating experience due to the scams. I have shipped cars multiple times and have had my share problems with that industry. But once you have an exceptional treatment with a carrier, you have to let everyone else know so they can benefit from your experience. GROUPON FREIGHT, specifically MIKE JONES, did exactly what he promised, and I know I wasn’t easy to deal with because of my past experiences. I received everything in writing, contract was 100% met, the driver was courteous, took pictures inside and out, gave me a bill of lading, called me within the hour of delivering my car, then he did FaceTime with me showing the car inside and out and then sent me the pictures. You can’t beat that service. So next time you need to ship a car, it all depends upon your contact. So if you want a smooth, honest transaction with shipping your car, you have to ask for MIKE JONES.
