I'd been travelling for 2 months and wasn't able due to time zones etc to ask a couple of questions which I couldn't see on my documents.Chat line informed me tough luck the DD was going through 6 days later.I understand your strict rules, but as an elderly person not sure this on line service only, and no personal/customer service is my way of insuring my car.The first insurance I took out with you, I spoke to someone on the phone, wasn't long and you had my business. Hadn't changed my insurance provider for more than 20 yearsThank you
