At last renewal last year We were told that as our credit card for Amex is on record at Grove & Dean it will automatically renew in 2026. However it did not renew because you stopped accepting Amex card and we were not asked to provide an alternative card. You could not collect the premium in 2926 because it did not automatically renew. So we had to be contacted and requested to provide an alternative card which we did. Very disappointing
