I detest the Internet as something always seems to go wrong when ordering or paying for something online, but this was totally straightforward.However, although the policy did renew, I received a follow-up advice and my bonus proof to tell me it had been lapsed!!!I am glad it was sorted out without fuss by you, but the paperless route would not be my first choice.
