Gear box failed on way back from Scotland and needed breakdown assistance to get home. Despite a horrendously busy motorway after a bad collision the driver arrived and was polite, happy and helpful despite being beyond his finishing time. I cannot fault the experience and the driver deserves a round of applause for being so caring and kind.
