This company withholds information! I feel deceived and frustrated! More than two years ago, I signed my first contract with this company for a phone, and it was very clearly stated on the website that after completing the contract payments, the phone would be mine. And indeed, I paid the contract and the phone became mine.Months after starting the phone contract, I signed a new contract for a coffee machine, believing it would follow the same promise — that once the contract ended, I would own the product. However, without any prior notice, I signed the contract only to later discover, when I tried to purchase the item, that it could not be bought. They told me I would have to return it at the end of the contract, and without informing me in advance, they renewed the contract automatically. Now more than 24 months have passed, and I still cannot acquire the item, even though I have paid monthly for two years.They also offered me the option to buy it, but only if I paid half of the item’s price again — approximately €400 — even though a brand-new one costs €500 in a store, and I have already paid €30 per month for 27 months, totaling €810. In other words, I have already more than paid for the item, they have already made a profit from it, and now they want another €400? It is shameful for a supposedly serious company to behave this way, and I feel deceived, since at no point before signing the contract was I informed that the policy had changed. They clearly misled their customers.I tried negotiating with them, but there was no cooperation, and they showed no willingness to find a solution. Now they say they no longer want to sell the item and that if I want, I can return it, but they refuse to provide any solution for me to keep it.So what now? I will not return an item that I have paid for more than enough. The item has been used — will they now try to charge me for usage? And if there are any minor damages, will they try to charge me even more? These companies deceive consumers and still treat you like a fool. It’s a disgrace. I do not recommend them, and I want a solution for this!At no point did the company clearly communicate any policy changes, and they certainly did not inform me before I signed the contract — and do not even try to say that they did, because they did not. The company advertised a product and made a promise that at the end of the contract, the item would belong to the consumer. Now they have changed the rules, and people who trusted the previous policy were “misled” by false promises.I expect a solution for this, because I paid every month for 27 months, I continue to pay, and now it seems that if I stop paying, I must return an item that has already been more than paid for, or continue paying indefinitely? It’s outrageous!
