This company withholds important information! I feel deceived and very frustrated! Over two years ago, I entered into my first contract for a phone, clearly stating on their website that once the payments were complete, the phone would be mine. I paid off the contract, and the phone became mine. Months later, I signed a contract for a coffee machine, expecting the same promise — that I would own it after the contract ended. However, without any notice, I later found out that I couldn't purchase it when I tried. I was told I had to return it at the end of the contract, and they automatically renewed it without informing me. Now, over 24 months later, I still can't acquire the item, despite paying for two years. They did offer me the chance to buy it, but only if I paid half the price again — around €400 — even though a new one costs €500, and I've already paid €30 a month for 27 months, totaling €810. I've more than covered the cost, and now they want another €400? It's disgraceful for a supposedly reputable company to act this way, and I feel misled, as I was never informed of any policy change before signing the contract. They clearly misled their customers. I tried to negotiate, but they showed no willingness to help. Now they say they don’t want to sell the item and that I can return it if I wish, but won’t provide any solution for me to keep it. What now? I refuse to return an item I've already paid enough for. The item has been used — will they try to charge me for that? And if there are any minor damages, will they charge me even more? These companies deceive consumers and treat them like fools. It's shameful. I do not recommend them, and I want a resolution! At no point did the company clearly communicate any changes to the policy, and they certainly did not inform me before I signed the contract. The company advertised the product with the promise that it would belong to me at the end of the contract. Now they've changed the rules, leaving those who trusted the previous policy feeling misled by false promises. I demand a solution, as I have paid every month for 27 months and continue to do so. It seems that if I stop, I must return an item I've already fully paid for, or continue paying indefinitely? This is outrageous!
