We have a Growatt inverter and battery setup for our solar PV. The only issue I had was with an unwanted export, but I got in touch with their support team via the ShinePhone app and they sent me some new hardware. The system now works flawlessly. The equipment is reasonably priced and you get a lot for what you pay. The app is easy to use and seems to be getting improvements all the time. All in all, very happy!
