I had my solar system installed 18 months ago and recently added a second battery.Couldn't find references to the second battery in the Shinephone app, so contacted Growatt technical support. They advised that the second battery couldn't be seen online. A technical engineer contacted me within 10 minutes and further to some pictures he requested, he could see that an ethernet cable was missing between the batteries. (Missed by the installer).Fortunately I had one of my own and the engineer guided me through the process of getting it to work. Apparently this model of battery doesn't show increased battery capacity on the app, so that's a bit of a let down. All in all fixed within 15 minutes 👍
