Order GG2517573. I still haven't received any of my items, despite an email from a representative assuring me they would split my order due to one item being on back order. It has been over 5 weeks since I ordered, meant as a Christmas gift, and I paid over £50 for a few items. I am extremely disappointed and have requested a full refund for my entire order. I will not be ordering from this service again.
