Order GG2517573. I still haven't received any of my items, despite an email from the company's representative stating they were splitting my order due to one item being on back order. No goods have arrived. I placed the order over 5 weeks ago, intended as a Christmas gift, and paid over £50 for a few items. I am extremely disappointed and have requested a full refund for my entire order. I will not be placing any further orders with this service.

I have updated my review because the company has reached out and is working to resolve the issue. My frustration stemmed from the lack of communication about my order, which I had not received. I want to support them as the clothing is beautiful and of good quality, but they need to enhance their customer support system to earn that extra star.
Order GG2517617. If there were an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. I placed an order for two items on November 15. I was unaware that one item was back-ordered for dispatch on December 1. I waited patiently, but during that time, my daughter outgrew her sleep suits. I emailed to request a refund, explaining my situation, and noted that it had been a long wait since I contacted them on November 28. I received no response, so I reached out via social media. Eventually, they replied, stating they would cancel the order and issue a refund within 3-5 working days. Now, on day 11 (working days), there is still no refund. I contacted them again, and while they replied with an apology, I want my money back, as they have both the product and my funds. I researched before purchasing, thinking they were legitimate, but I'm now questioning their credibility. Horrible customer service, poor refund policy, and a confusing back-order system. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I will be avoiding them in the future while advising others to do the same. I just hope to get my money back somehow.

The main page indicated that some sizes were back-ordered, but it wasn’t clear that my selected sizes were affected. I eventually received a response stating that my order included back-ordered items, which was not made clear initially. I was told they would be dispatched by December 1. Now, on December 9, there is still no sign of my order. This is particularly disappointing as it was my first order based on the promised dispatch timeframe of 1-2 days. I haven’t heard from the company for more than a week despite sending a couple of messages. However, I did receive an update explaining the delay, which I appreciate. I understand that they are a small company and that delays can happen. I look forward to receiving the items soon.

The email also mentioned that my order would ship by December 1, but now it’s December 5, and I have received no dispatch notification or updates, nor a response to my recent email—only marketing emails encouraging further purchases. Considering this order has taken nearly a month and remains unfulfilled, I am hesitant to order again. The items were intended for children to enjoy before Christmas, and now they may not have enough time to wear them. My experience has been extremely disappointing, with no updates, no customer service, and a clear lack of care for customers. This seems to reflect their standard level of service, which is unacceptable.
I liked the look of these and purchased them for my grandson, but they were quite expensive. My daughter was hesitant to express her disappointment until I offered to buy more. After washing them inside out at 30 degrees with non-bio liquid, they faded and pilled. She mentioned that cheaper high street alternatives performed better. I purchased mixed-age ones to last a year, but I would share photos as evidence if there were an option to do so.
