I'm quite confused as I placed an order for three baby grows on November 11. When I inquired about delivery a week later, I was informed that they were on back order. The main page indicated that some sizes were back-ordered, but it wasn’t clear that my selected sizes were affected. I eventually received a response stating that my order included back-ordered items, which was not made clear initially. I was told they would be dispatched by December 1. Now, on December 9, there is still no sign of my order. This is particularly disappointing as it was my first order based on the promised dispatch timeframe of 1-2 days. I haven’t heard from the company for more than a week despite sending a couple of messages. However, I did receive an update explaining the delay, which I appreciate. I understand that they are a small company and that delays can happen. I look forward to receiving the items soon.
