My order was placed on November 8 and has yet to be dispatched as of December 5. I received an email stating that my order contained back-ordered items, but this information was not clear at the time of purchase. Details about back-orders should have been prominently displayed before checkout. It's very poor communication. The email also mentioned that my order would ship by December 1, but now it’s December 5, and I have received no dispatch notification or updates, nor a response to my recent email—only marketing emails encouraging further purchases. Considering this order has taken nearly a month and remains unfulfilled, I am hesitant to order again. The items were intended for children to enjoy before Christmas, and now they may not have enough time to wear them. My experience has been extremely disappointing, with no updates, no customer service, and a clear lack of care for customers. This seems to reflect their standard level of service, which is unacceptable.
