To begin with, they set up my business ads under a name different from my clinic. Additionally, I received no in-office leads despite spending over $1500 on ads. To make matters worse, they created a second clinic using the same misleading name within a 20-mile radius of my office. I decided to stop after a short period when they requested another $3,000 for ad spend, claiming it was too complicated to show the actual costs incurred for my ads. After posting my initial review, the owner reached out asking me to remove it in exchange for a refund of unused ad spend and half of my monthly fee. I agreed, but then they shorted me on the refund. Please exercise caution; many recent reviews seem to be aimed at inflating their reputation.
