I dont want to hear the excuse that due to heavy orders my item has been delayed. Duh.... Really? At least dont advertise on your site that it will arrive on time. Advertise what you can actually deliver. Or stop taking order if you can deliver on time. People expect to receive the products at a certain time especially since you clearly state it will. If you break the first promise, a normal business will do their best to keep their second promise. Nope, not grown brilliance. They dont even let you know ahead of time. Stay away from this place unless you are ordering with months in advance and you dont mind waiting and waiting.... and waiting.
