My wedding ring is 5 months old and the diamonds have started falling out... with no cause or damage, just poorly set. I reached out to the customer service at Grown Brilliance and they said the Lifetime warranty advertised on their website did not apply. All other jewelry stores I have purchased from stand behind their craftsmanship. This was my second purchase from Grown Brilliance, but it will certainly be last.Very unfortunate, since we loved the ring.
After only 2 years the center mount stone just snapped off of my ring where it was solder on and Grown Brillance won't replace or fix it under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous that a $4000 platinum ring would defect this bad and they won't cover it under the lifetime warranty. Not to mention it took them 2 weeks to notify me that they would not fix my ring.
Great choices on diamonds. Salesman were more like salesman. Jackie at the location was for the position better. She wasn’t worried about the sales, just more finding the perfect fit/selection. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and went over everything with me
