I placed an order because they said if I ordered by the 15th, the items would ship out on the 23rd. However, I didn’t receive a tracking number, so I reached out to them first. They told me they would ship it out by the end of the day and were waiting for a tracking number from FedEx. But the next day, they said it would actually ship on the 30th and apologized. I had no choice but to wait, even though I had canceled a trip just to receive this item.Then, on the 30th, they gave me the same excuse, saying everything was ready but they were waiting for the tracking number. How can they keep lying like this? Do they think customers are fools? Not only did I have to contact them first, but their claim that the item is ready yet waiting for a tracking number doesn’t even make sense. They’re neither diligent nor honest, and they don’t even sincerely apologize. Their apologies are purely superficial. If they were truly sincere, they wouldn’t treat customers like this.
