Ordered in very early December with a shipping date of December 17th. The 17th happens and no notice or tracking number. Customer service chatbot then promised it would ship overnight on December 23rd to arrive on the 24th. Good thing I’m not having to travel on that day. I contacted them twice in between to ask how confident they were. Never got a straight answer. Not quite believing them I went out and spent more money on a back up gift, … thankfully. True to my lowered expectations of them, they missed the 2nd deadline too. The product still hasn’t shipped. Perhaps they should learn to stop taking orders when they know they can’t achieve the delivery dates they publish.
