I purchased a pair of Grub chainomatic boots for light logging in the forestry over the winter months. Over a short period of time and limited use the area above the heels started to crack. I contacted the seller and Grubs but to no avail. They have refused replacement or refund due to the boots showing signs of wear and tear. The sole is like new therefore not over used or mistreated. They say used for driving causing the cracks to appear above the heel seam.Not worth the money i’m afraid and the company not forthcoming with any compensation, discount or replacement.
