I ordered a 'free gift' set after a promotion. Delivery was quick, but the items were disappointing. The soap had little fragrance, and the room scent reminded me of a dentist's office—definitely not ideal. To make matters worse, my original purchase was not delivered after 33 days, and now I'm unable to cancel or get a refund due to receiving the free gift. I would recommend potential customers to be cautious with this company and its partners. Very disappointing.
