I'm only commenting on the läpp Lip Conditioner – Salted Caramel! Was on offer at £1 so I thought I'd give it a go! Nice little ball on the end which goes on nice and smooth. However within 15 mins of using it my lips felt alot dryer than before I used it! I gave it another try and the same happened. Dry lips! Used twice and then binned! Just pleased it was only £1 and not the £14 as advertised!
I took advantage of some special promotions during the holiday season. When my package arrived, a few items were missing. Remarkably, on January 1st, I received a response, and the missing items will be sent shortly. I highly recommend supporting this business for their exceptional customer service.

I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner bars, so much that I have a subscription. It feels great to reduce plastic waste, and these bars are perfect for travel since they don’t count towards liquid limits. I recently had a small issue with my order, and the customer service team was incredibly prompt in resolving it. I'm a very satisfied customer!

I ordered a 'free gift' set after a promotion. Delivery was quick, but the items were disappointing. The soap had little fragrance, and the room scent reminded me of a dentist's office—definitely not ideal. To make matters worse, my original purchase was not delivered after 33 days, and now I'm unable to cancel or get a refund due to receiving the free gift. I would recommend potential customers to be cautious with this company and its partners. Very disappointing.
