I ordered a service kit for an Insignia. It all turned up except the air filter.
3 days later no sign of the missing air filter. So I emailed GSF . After another day GSF emailed me to say they haven't got the filter and they had refunded me. 1. Why was I not notified when the order was picked?
2. Why did it take 4 days for me to find out.
3. The car still needs an air filter. Why was I not offered an alternative.
