I ordered a service kit for an Insignia. It all turned up except the air filter.
3 days later no sign of the missing air filter. So I emailed GSF . After another day GSF emailed me to say they haven't got the filter and they had refunded me. 1. Why was I not notified when the order was picked?
2. Why did it take 4 days for me to find out.
3. The car still needs an air filter. Why was I not offered an alternative.

Ordered brake pads online using my registration and the system confirmed they were correct. When my mechanic opened the car, the front pads were the wrong size. I had to return to the store and pay an extra £17 for the correct part because my car was already dismantled.

This cost me extra labour and I had to take time off work. Customer service refused to help and told me to go back to the store again, with no proper way to complain online.

Not my mistake, but I had to pay for it. Very disappointing.

They then said they would get it to me on a next day, again DPD said they couldn’t deliver as couldn’t find my address even though have delivered here numerous times. Not sure if it’s GSF or DPD at fault but rubbish service and will go back to Eurocar parts

Utter waste of time.. having spent 40 minutes getting to the Watford branch having reserved online the windscreen wipers using their own online tool.. it picked what was supposedly the correct wipers for my car however wasted all that time it became apparent that the online tool is utterly stupid and the wipers do not fit and the correct ones the stupidly expensive

GSF car parts are using false prices to lure people into their site.
Example spark plugs ( CR5 HSB )normally between £5- 6.00 they are advertising them for £1.33 but you can’t buy them on line or in branch.
Total scam tactics
Wasting peoples time.
Will be speaking to trading standards.
Avoid this company.

Ordered quite a few parts for delivery to my home address. They said on the web site if I'll order it now will get the parts next day.
I even paid extra for extra delivery ( just to make sure it will come on time). Booked garage slot, paid a fee. 12 days later still waiting for some of the parts. Contacted them 3 times, been told it should come "today" twice. Called them today again- my order was lost or something. Another 2-4 working days. If I would know better.. oh well..

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
I’ve been stuck on GSF Car Parts’ live chat for over an hour and a half without speaking to anyone. The queue number goes down… then back up again. Completely pointless and clearly misleading.

No communication, no updates, no help — just a total waste of time. If this is meant to be “customer support”, it’s an embarrassment.

An absolute joke of a system and a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. I won’t be using them again.

The worst ever experience ordering a part on line, literally no customer service, if you have problems with your order there is no way you can get it fixed. No phone numbers only chat where you wait an hour for someone highly incompetent to chat with you for literally few seconds and then disappear without answering your question. So definitely never again I am ordering anything from them.
