Very easy to order the goods. 2 items, one shipped via DPD, so I had plenty of notification but the other item came independently. Although the website stated that the order might be in multiple shipments there was no clear way of knowing this. Without contacting your customer service team (taking up unnecessary time for everyone) I could not be sure if the item was missing from the original shipment or still pending as there was no tracking facility for each item on your site.
