My son got a pair of snowboarding pants as a Christmas gift from his brother on December 25, 2025. When he found out they were far too large, I asked about exchanging them. I was informed that we were outside the 15-day return window, so no exchange could be made. Instead, we were offered a $10.00 coupon for a different item. The return policy is terrible!
