My son got a pair of snowboarding pants as a Christmas gift from his brother on December 25, 2025. When he found out they were far too large, I asked about exchanging them. I was informed that we were outside the 15-day return window, so no exchange could be made. Instead, we were offered a $10.00 coupon for a different item. The return policy is terrible! Be cautious when purchasing!
I received an email indicating that my parcel had been delivered while we were home, but no one actually delivered anything or even knocked on our door. I reached out to the support team to report that we hadn't received our order. They suggested I check with neighbors and family, which we did, but since the parcel was never delivered, it couldn't be with anyone else. I informed the support team, but they requested photographic or video evidence of the delivery, which is impossible to provide. They then stated that if it had been delivered but lost due to theft or other reasons, they wouldn't take responsibility. So now, we're £125 down for a jacket, and they are refusing to refund or replace it.
