I ordered an ergonomic chair that was delivered to the wrong address (a delivery issue, I understand). Upon opening the package, I found all the parts haphazardly packed without any protection. The back cushion was missing, and there was a hole in the top cushion. The other parts showed signs of wear, as if they had sent a used item despite charging full price. I contacted the support team, and while one representative was helpful, another provided lackluster assistance and seemed indifferent. I requested a refund for the defective product, but they attempted to charge me for shipping costs. We eventually agreed on a replacement and a small compensation after numerous emails. The replacement chair arrived after a week, but it was even worse than the first. Although they sent the missing part this time, the mesh components were too loose to be usable. Now, I'm trying to return both chairs, which has consumed a month of my time and ruined my chances of getting a decent chair for the holidays. The quality is so poor that I can't even disassemble the base to return it. This has been a disappointing experience from a brand I once trusted, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you find yourself dealing with them, I hope it's not the indifferent representative handling your case.
