I ordered a setup with a specific seat but was given no choice of courier, resulting in a delivery service that doesn't operate on weekends. When I reached out for assistance, I received vague responses. I had to take time off to accept the delivery. When it finally arrived, the instructions were poor, and their online videos didn't match the current instructions. I'm still in the process of assembling it, and I've already noticed a missing screw, which will likely cause rattling. Overall, the service and product quality from a once-trusted company have been very disappointing. I'll update once I can finish the assembly or if I receive any decent customer support.
