Never in my life have I seen customer service that is so rude and responds in a crazy way to customers. You pay to have customer service that not only doesn't help you solve problems, but also gives you the fault (even if it's a bug on the site) and even demands that you do their job. Very bad translation quality, all to be reviewed. If you want to throw your money away this is the right plugin. Given the number of negative comments about support, I should have read the reviews first!
