They promised to try and remove some fake reviews. After having rejected their offers; they discounted their fees to $500 per review. I hired them. After months of no communication and apparently no effort on their part, they said that yelp was being stubborn.I truly believe they did nothing, made no attempt to help me; because they regretted reducing their fees to $500 each. It was easier to just brush me off.
