I want to return my cards, unused. Emailed support as requested but it seems unless I do the survey, I do not get further info on where I send cards or other info needed.
For customers who simply want to return item, process should be simplified
SUCH A SCAM!! First they took the money from my paypal. Then I got many scam emails in german and english per day saying "Complete your order" - and I did not get an order confirmation. I then reached out and they replied quickly, standard emails. I sent them the payment information. Then they had asked me for my address. At that point I canceled the order and asked for a refund and did not give them my address. Suddenly I got an email saying, the product has been shipped and I cannot cancel the order anymore. I said, but I had not given you my address or permission. They said it is too late as already shipped. WHAT A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER THIS!!! I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NOT OPEN A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL!!

I saw your product and was excited to try it. As I had tried a similar product from Must have Ideas but whilst there product fizzed and rose I didn’t clean my toilet. I followed your instructions and waited with bated breath. Your product just stayed stagnant in my toilet no fizz no clean toilet. I tried again with adding the must have ideas toilet powder I had. They rose but again no clean toilet so I tried again with your toilet fizz again it don’t rise. Fizz or clean and my despair is painful as I really believed your advertisement. I feel a fool and want to be compensated for my money.
