I felt like I had strep throat and completed the process late at night, only to have my payment taken at 1:30 am. The pharmacy opens at 8, so I called them, but they had nothing available. I tried reaching the support team, but there was no answer. The email link for assistance was broken. Eventually, I received a call back from a representative whose heavy accent made it hard to understand, and she sighed in frustration when I asked her to repeat herself. It felt very disrespectful. I won't be using this service again. The wait time for them to resend my prescription was estimated at 30 minutes to an hour, not counting the pharmacy's processing time. I recommend avoiding this platform and opting for a real clinic instead.
Navigating the platform was quick and user-friendly. The confirmation email for my order arrived promptly. After waiting an hour as indicated for my prescription, I was pleasantly surprised to find it available at the local pharmacy. Additionally, I received a discount coupon for my medication.
