I’ve had a lot of trouble getting in touch with someone at Guardian, but he actually took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was the only one who really seemed to care about my situation and helped me work toward a solution. It’s frustrating that the system itself is so difficult to deal with—you spend hours on the phone just trying to reach someone, and too often the experience feels unpleasant. But this representative was different. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful. I believe he deserves recognition for his work, and you should consider hiring more people like him.
