Misleading Insurance Coverage

After three years of premium payments, I found myself covered for only $61 on an $1,800 bill. Services like x-rays and fillings were supposedly covered at a significant percentage, but the reality is far from it. This company should not be allowed to operate in the Marketplace due to their deceptive practices.
