Really positive experience. There was no hard sell,everything was explained clearly too. I had an issue when I needed to cancel (as I no longer needed the policy), and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'd have no problem recommending this company. The customer service team were friendly and helpful too.
It was made much better because the customer service agent was very helpful, got the policy quote that was very helpful to us, and she was lovely. Professional, friendly and that's why we like being with paymentshield. We don't get fobbed off, we don't get passed around from one call to another, and another... My query was dealt with by one person only, from start to finish and that's a big plus in my eyes.

Needed to update an element of my policy. Sam A who dealt with my update via the customer service chat function was really helpful and made the process so simple. It took me less than 10 minutes to do & was really easy. The process for updating was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered. Overall a really positive service.
Having to add a personal item to my insurance I was certain of a long wait getting through and a lengthy call to deal with it.
