Everything went smoothly, Vaughan was very pleasant, chatty and professional. He did a fantastic job you'd never know what he did or where, I'd have to tell you as he did such a perfect job and colour match is brilliant. He struggled with the particular area of sewing but my goodness he persevered without question and what an absolutely brilliant job he's done.
He was always on time and never rushed.

Zero customer service

I contacted guardsman on 2nd Feb (stain on sofa) and was told they would send a wipe. This is on a yellow velvet sofa with black ballpoint ink pen on it. Nothing has arrived. I emailed a week ago asking for an update, still nothing…….very disappointing, looks like I will have to work very hard to get this resolved.

Tried to put a claim in for coffee…

Tried to put a claim in for coffee stain and muddy dog paw marks on the couch but they said not covered as I filled the claim form incorrectly tried to talk to them on phone but was not interested even low dfs tell you they do Customer service at guardsman are no help at all just kept saying in black and white even though made a mistake don’t by this insurance waste of money
