Don’t waste your money on guardsman. Also. Stay away from Dfs too. God forbid you have any issues. I have a sofa that’s coming apart at the seams and the operative used my scissors to cut off the fray stitching. Aside from that, the armchair has more than 10 issues and suggest they repair them one by one. Issues were raised in August I’m in February still unresolved. Oh and customer service is always delightfully RUDE! Complaints process is pointless too. Don’t waste your money. The sofa is also such poor quality. Basically Temu, china quality. There are multiple quality issues with it. Also, my DFS RONAN is ELECTROCUTING me not Dfs or Guardsman are lifting a finger about it. Dfs’ magical solution is to isolate the switch and I never can use the recline. For £3500 I am paying for recliners I am told the only fix is to isolate switch and no use of recline. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
