Needed two watch links for a watch I bought secondhand. I contacted the regional watch customer service line (NJ-based) three times.First, didn’t have the serial # and employee was friendlyA few months later, I had the serial number but the same employee was rude, like I was inconveniencing them, and said someone would contact me in the next few days. They didn’t Third time, I explained that I was never contacted and the same employee got an attitude and again said someone would contact me. They didn’t contact me. I don’t plan to buy anymore Gucci fragrance, watches or clothing after this experience
